    We had coffee, tea, slices of fresh bread, and yoghourt for breakfast in the cafe. The location for Osaka was convenient and unbeatable, not far from the universal park and Osaka Station, which is very convenient. The service was very good, the food was appetising!

    The rihga royal hotel was more luxurious than I expected. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The free shuttle to osaka station was super convenient, and we enjoyed the daily cleaning service. They also have a nice fitness center and a beautiful indoor pool.

    Location is pleasant and great, to Namba area. Nice service, the breakfast is awesome and absolutely superb.

    The rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable. There was a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the station which helped a lot getting around Osaka. Buffet breakfast was great too. It was not included in our room rate though, but reasonable.

    I like their hospitality very much. The room is very clean even though the hotel is a bit old. All the staff are very friendly to me. The shuttle bus comes evry 6 minutes to send you to CBD, and it takes only 10 minutes to get there. You get free newspaper every day and night.

    The swimming pool is not free. You have to pay to use it. It should be free for the people who stay in this hotel. Very disappointed !

    Recommend it for couples seeking a luxury experience

    The room was magnificent, huge and spacious with a luxurious vibe. Especially Shigetomi San, were really nice too.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but the experience was satisfactory.

    The check in was very quick. The staff was extremely helpful. It was very clean. Though the rooms were small and dated, the service and friendliness of the staff more than compensated for it. The best thing about the hotel was that there was a free shuttle service to and from the osaka JR station throughout the day till about 10 pm, this was very useful since we had a JR pass which we used for our sightseeing. For conferences at the grand cube osaka, the rihga royal is the best hotel because you have to just get out of the hotel lobby and you are at the conference venue.

    The size and the overall look of the room, it was pretty small and congested.

    We did not like anything about the hotel. The lobby is nice but the rooms and hallways where junky and had a bad smell. The rooms were very small and I had a terrible view looking at a wall out my window. The staff was not friendly at all. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

    The shuttle bus to the Station was excellent. Room service was great. Concierge was very helpful. All staff were polite and helpful.

    No facilities for children eg garden for sitting in or casual use of the pool etc

    All great except for some minor things - buffet breakfast was epic for 1,500 yen

    1,200 yen for an ice tea in the lobby - ridiculously expensive I waited over an hour for my room to be ready at 15:00. I had been travelling for over 24 hours so this was really disappointing

    Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a delicious breakfast selection and a free shuttle service from the JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel.
